These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern client work: any project we deliver is covered by a separate written agreement. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement between you and FHATAL, the signed agreement prevails.

FHATAL provides website and web application design and development services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue this website or its content at any time. This does not affect services already agreed under a signed contract.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved by the Finnish district court of FHATAL Oy’s registered domicile as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer, you may always bring proceedings in the court of your place of residence, and you may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting Consumer Advisory Services.
