There's no account manager in between. Whoever answers your email is also designing or coding your project.
We start with a call about what you need, who will use it and what the budget is. You get a written scope, schedule and price before any work starts.
We sketch the screens and plan the technical side at the same time, so the design never promises something the build can't deliver.
We work in one-week cycles. Early on you get a link to a test version and can click around in it as it grows.
After launch we keep an eye on things, fix what breaks, keep dependencies up to date and add features when you need them.
